History[]
Prior to working for the Arkansas State Police, Wayne served in the United States Army Long-range reconnaissance patrol (LRRP) during the Vietnam War. Considered a promising special forces talent, he would perform solo reconnaissance deep within enemy territory for weeks at a time. As a result, Wayne became an expert tracker and hardened combat veteran.
The lead detective investigating the disappearance of two children in 1980’s Arkansas, Wayne Hays continues to pursue the case long after it’s considered closed by the state. Suffering memory loss as the years pass, he’s in a race against time to fit the pieces together.
