Stacy Chalmers is a local woman who struggles with alcohol.
History[]
Stacy was driving when she slid on ice and hit a pole after spinning around. Liz Danvers came to her aid and was enraged because Stacy was drunk and driving on a suspended license. She arrested Stacy and sent her to jail. At the jail, Stacy screamed repeatedly in an attempt to annoy them into letting her go. Hank Prior attempted to release her only for Danvers to step in and have her put back in the cell, saying she was still drunk.
