Patty Faber is a recurring character in Season 3 of True Detective played by Candyce Hinkle. Patty was questioned by Detectives Wayne Hays and Roland West during the events surrounding the disappearance of Will and Julie Purcell. She had made several white dolls that she sold at a festival in October that were found near the crime scene. Patty's statement led the police to look at Sam Whitehead as a potential suspect since she described a black man with a filmy eye buying around ten of the dolls.
