Felicia is a character in the second season of True Detective. She owns and works at the Black Rose bar, and has a crush on Ray Velcoro.

At some point of her life, Frank Semyon helped her by giving her enough money to buy the Black Rose bar without ever asking it back. She was also helped by Ray Velcoro, who arrested the man who was hurting her (and possibly caused her to have scar).
