When Navarro came to Qavvik's to talk to Ryan Kowtok, Chuck interrupted, upset with Navarro for bringing up Annie's case again. She showed Chuck the photo of Raymond Clark and he denied recognizing it. The conversation ended abruptly when a fight broke out in Qavvik's between a miner and a resident upset that the water was turning black. This led to Chuck walking out without paying his bill.
Navarro later went to Chuck's home and confronted him about Clark. Chuck admitted that he knew Clark as the guy who bought his cousins trailer with $10,000 cash. Navarro had him write a description of the trailer and his cousin's name.[1]
